I agree with the suggestion. It would be more optimal if you had a group (3 or 4 people idk) to solve the questions asked in #questions. In that way, you avoid toxic answers and I think it's an effective solution to keep order on the server and offload the developers' concerns.
If you are governed by the "trust" you may have in users, situations will occur where staff will be required to moderate offenders and even bad information may occur from some users where it may harm the rest.
