    I've already looked throughout the threads to find any help... and none of them solve my problem. My launcher absolutely refuses to start, I just downloaded it today. I disabled my firewall, antivirus, etc. I tried running it in compatibility mode, and also tried installing the .NET framework or whatever, but I already had it installed.     It is possible that for some the Windows Security is blocking access for the new features to be downloaded. If this issue occurs, you must allow on the device.
