Hello, is your password greater than 12 characters or contains special characters (!,#,$,etc)?  If that's the case, the client unfortunately won't accept it and you would need to make a new account.  Very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!  If you run into any more issues, or what I mentioned above doesn't work, please don't hesitate to open a ticket in our Discord server for more immediate help.  Thanks
