launcher Launcher won't start, despite all the solutions I tried in this category.

I've already looked throughout the threads to find any help... and none of them solve my problem. My launcher absolutely refuses to start, I just downloaded it today. I disabled my firewall, antivirus, etc. I tried running it in compatibility mode, and also tried installing the .NET framework or whatever, but I already had it installed.

I run on Windows 10.

Is this a shortcut to the launcher or the actual launcher? I usually expect to see an updater.exe and a resources folder being downloaded after you open it. I don't see any of that being downloaded so it suggests that your PC/network is disallowing connections to our server. Try and see if you can access http://149.56.45.92/launcherChecksum.txt - you should see some text

i've opened it from the folder too, which does have resources and the updater, but that still does not work.

i get a security when i view that site.

You'll need to white list that IP address to allow the launcher to download, as it's one of our download servers
