Installing stuck at "Established connection to patch server"

I tried to also run the updater.exe and it gets stuck(picture1); After ~1 minute it throws the error in the 2nd picture. 
I have deactivated Avast shield, and tried to run the launcer/updater as administrator

you have to put the launcher and updater in its own file, called ShinobiStory
