When I try to lower my graphic settings I get critical error

Basically, this. The game is set to high graphic settings and I tried to manually lower them in the game menu (after I logged into the character, from the settings). Upon doing so and pressing apply, I got a critical error, the game had to be closed and the changes got undone. What can I do ?

Hello Tenmei,

This is a common bug that will occur every time you make major graphical changes. But when you restart it should have applied these changes.
