Trouble opening the game launcher install

I just downloaded it, disabled both antivirus and windows firewall, but the launcher wont start though it is in the processes, anyhow somewhere i read that i need to WHITE LIST THE IP of the server, so can any1 tell me what IP should i list?  Or is there an other solution, ty! 

Update on the problem, i allowed the program trough evrything, Windows Sec. , found an IP that i thought that is the IP of the server, still the same problem, the launcher wont start when selected. Though it shows up in processes. Tried evry thing that was suggested on the forums. Any other suggestions?

launcher no work for me for weeks also patch 29 not find on mirror and my sidequest rerol dices dont work all 5 i tried

I have an issue where my laucher opens but the progress bar says Synchronizing launcher and doesn't start.. I even left it over night
