A change to ranking up, not leveling

At lvl 30 and 60 you get a rank up quest to kill 300 enemies for rank 2, and 600 enemies for rank 3,  as well as 100 Ryu for rank 2 and 200 Ryu for rank 3

I find the current ranking system has alot of quests that aren't fun to do, but a simple kill x amount and pay x amount is something we can do while playing the game normally, getting rid of the feeling that you have to completely stop leveling to rank up,
