"This app can't run on your PC" error

Hello! I am very excited about Shinobi Story but sadly my PC doesn't help me about it. When I open the launcher, it says "This app can't run on your PC, to find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher." I can't figure why so I hope you guys can help me about that.
